Ingredients 

  • 3-4 tinned pineapple slices cubed 
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 cups yogurt

Method

  1. Whisk the yogurt and add sea salt. Dry roast cumin seeds and crush coarsely. Mix chopped pineapple, pomegranate seeds, red chilli flakes and chopped mint leaves. Garnish with cumin powder and a sprig of mint.
  2. Serve chilled.
