Ingredients list for Chilli And Garlic Crunchy Rice
- 8 Dried Red Chillies
- 10 cloves Garlic
- 3 cups Basmati rice cooked
Method
- Soak red chillies in warm water for fifteen to twenty minutes. Remove seeds and grind to a fine paste with eight garlic cloves. Crush the remaining garlic cloves.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan; add crushed garlic, ginger, green chillies, celery and sauté for one minute. Add cabbage, carrot, sprouts and toss well.
- Add the cooked rice and toss. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, prepared paste, salt, white pepper powder and toss well. Cook for four to five minutes tossing at regular intervals.
- Add vinegar and mix well. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
