Ingredients list for Chilgoza Paneer
- 200 grams Pinenuts
- 400 grams Cottage Cheese
- as required Chaat masala
- as required Black pepper powder
- as required Pickle masala
- a few Salted butter
- a few Fresh parsley
Method
- Cut paneer into ½ inch thick round slices and then into small roundels with a cookie cutter.
- Prick pine nuts all around the outer edge of the roundels.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and pepper powder.
- Spread a thin layer of pickle masala on salty biscuits and place a paneer roundel on each of them.
- Place a small parsley leaf on top and serve immediately.
