By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken, Garlic sliced Cuisine American Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Stew 800 grams Chicken cut into 1½ inch cubes on the bone 7-8 cloves Garlic sliced 2 medium Onions sliced 2 medium Carrots cut into 1 inch cubes 2 medium Potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes 2 tablespoons Whole wheat flour (atta) to taste Salt 5 cups Chicken stock 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder 6-8 French beans cut into 1 inch pieces 1/2 cup Skimmed milk Method Heat a non-stick pan and add garlic, onions, carrots and potatoes and roast for four to five minutes on high heat. Add whole-wheat flour to the vegetables and roast for a minute. Add chicken pieces, salt and cook for three to four minutes. Add stock and bring it to a boil. Add half of the pepper powder. Cover and cook for three to four minutes. Uncover, add French beans, mix and cook for a minute. Add milk and remaining pepper powder. Cover and cook on medium heat for seven to eight minutes.
