Ingredients list for Chai Masala

  • 4 teaspoons Tea leaves


  1. Dry grind all the masala ingredients to a fine powder. Let it cool completely then sieve.
  2. Store in an airtight container. Use the masala as and when required to make tea.
  3. To make tea, mix milk and two cups of water and bring to a boil. Add tea leaves and chai masala.
  4. Let it boil for a minute, add sugar. When it comes to a boil, lower heat and let it simmer for two minutes.
  5. Strain and serve piping hot.
