Ingredients
- 16 green cardamoms
- 64 black peppercorns
- 16 cloves
- 4 teaspoons dried ginger powder (soonth)
- 4 one inch cinnamon stick
Method
- Grind together green cardamoms, peppercorns, cloves, dried ginger powder and cinnamon into fine powder.
