Ingredients list for Carrot-Orange Frappe
- 2 2/3 cups Carrot juice chilled
- 1 1/3 cups Orange juice chilled
- 2 teaspoons Orange juice
- 4 tablespoons Honey
- as required Crushed ice
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 5-6 Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Place carrot juice, orange juice, lemon juice, honey and crushed ice in a shaker.
- Shake well to blend.
- Pour into Pilsner glasses and serve, decorated with mint leaves and a lemon slice fixed onto the rim of each glass.
