Ingredients list for Caramalised Guavas
- 4 Guavas
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1 teaspoon Orange rind
Method
- Wash guavas and pat them dry. Heat butter in a pan on high heat. Add guavas and sauté. Drain and remove into a bowl. Add brown sugar to the same pan and cook till it caramalises.
- Add honey, orange juice and orange rind. Add the sautéed guavas and cook on high heat till the sauce thickens. Serve hot or cold.
