Ingredients list for Caramalised Guavas

  • 4 Guavas
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Orange rind

Method

  1. Wash guavas and pat them dry. Heat butter in a pan on high heat. Add guavas and sauté. Drain and remove into a bowl. Add brown sugar to the same pan and cook till it caramalises.
  2. Add honey, orange juice and orange rind. Add the sautéed guavas and cook on high heat till the sauce thickens. Serve hot or cold.
