Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable Stock
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 inch ginger, chopped
- 2 leek chopped
- 1 medium potato boiled, peeled and grated
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- to taste black pepper powder
Method
- Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add onion, garlic, ginger, leeks, potato and sauté for three to four minutes.
- Add cabbage, mix well and cook for five minutes.
- Add vegetable stock and wine, mix well and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Add salt and black pepper powder, mix well and cook for a minute.
- Serve piping hot.
