Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable Stock
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, chopped
  • 2 leek chopped
  • 1 medium potato boiled, peeled and grated
  • 3 cups vegetable stock
  • Salt to taste
  • to taste black pepper powder

Method

  1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add onion, garlic, ginger, leeks, potato and sauté for three to four minutes.
  2. Add cabbage, mix well and cook for five minutes.
  3. Add vegetable stock and wine, mix well and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
  4. Add salt and black pepper powder, mix well and cook for a minute.
  5. Serve piping hot.
