Ingredients list for Burfiwali Chocolate Phirni

  • 10 Kaju Katli cubed
  • 5 cups Milk


  1. Soak rice in one and half cups of water for half an hour and grind to a coarse paste. Mix cocoa in a little cold milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a thick bottom pan.
  2. Add the cocoa mixture and mix. Add rice paste and cook till it is a little thick. Add sugar and cook till it dissolves.
  3. Add cubed kaju katli. Pour into an earthenware dish. Sprinkle pistachios and let the phirni cool. Serve chilled.
