Ingredients list for Breakfast Triffle

  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 2 cups Muesli
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tin Mixed fruits
  • 1 Apple

Method

  1. Grate ½ an apple into a bowl. Add chilled yogurt and honey and mix well.Drain and place the mixed fruits in another bowl.
  2. Put muesli in short stemmed glasses. Over that put the apple-yogurt mixture. Place the mixed fruits over the yogurt and serve.
