Ingredients list for Breakfast Triffle
- 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 2 cups Muesli
- 4 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tin Mixed fruits
- 1 Apple
Method
- Grate ½ an apple into a bowl. Add chilled yogurt and honey and mix well.Drain and place the mixed fruits in another bowl.
- Put muesli in short stemmed glasses. Over that put the apple-yogurt mixture. Place the mixed fruits over the yogurt and serve.
