Ingredients list for Boondi Laddoo Stuffed Canneloni With Rabdi
- 4 sheets Cannelloni
- 8 medium Boondi Ladoos
- 2 cups Rabdi
Method
- Boil some water in a shallow pan and put the cannelloni pieces in it for a minute. Remove with a slotted spoon and refresh in cold water.
- Lay them on a tea towel and gently dab. Place a cannelloni piece on the work top. Crumble a boondi laddoo and place it at one end. Gently roll it up.
- Similarly prepare more rolls with the remaining cannelloni pieces and boondi laddoos. Arrange two rolls per plate and top them up with half a cup of rabdi. Serve immediately.
