Ingredients list for Blueberry Avocado Smoothie
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh
 - 1 Avocado
 - 1 cup Ripe mango chopped
 - 2 medium Kiwi roughly chopped
 - ½ cup Pineapple juice
 - as required Ice cubes
 - ½ cup Coconut milk
 - for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
 
Method
- Halve the avocado, scoop out the flesh and put into a blender jar. Add mango, kiwi, pineapple juice and some ice cubes to a smooth mixture.
 - Pour avocado mixture into individual glasses till ¾ full.
 - Blend together coconut milk, blueberries and some ice cubes to a smooth mixture and pour on top of avocado mixture filling the glasses.
 - Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.
