  • 2 Medium beetroots
  • to deep fry Oil
  • to serve Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Peel and slice the beetroots on a slicer.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, add the beetroot slices and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Transfer them into a serving bowl and serve warm with tomato ketchup.
