  • 1 small Beetroot chopped

Method

  1. Put the beetroot, carrots, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, black salt, cumin seeds, one cup yogurt in a blender and blend for two to three minutes.
  2. Add the remaining yogurt, ice cubes and continue to blend for another two minutes.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
