Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 cup almond paste                                                      
- 1 tablespoon butter                                          
- 1½ tablespoons ginger-garlic paste                                                      
- White pepper powder to taste                                    
- Salt to taste                                                                             
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream                                                                    
Method 
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till fragrant.
- Add almond paste and saute for half a minute.
- Add white pepper powder, salt and five cups of water. Mix well and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for two to three minutes.
- Add cream and basil leaves, mix well and simmer for two minutes.
- Serve hot with bread sticks.
