Ingredients list for Banana Cinnamon Toast

  • 1 small Banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 2 Almonds chopped finely
  • 1 Fruit Muffin

Method

  1. Slice the muffins into round slices.Peel the banana, halve and slice.
  2. Toast the muffin slices slightly.Remove onto a plate.
  3. Heat unsalted butter, add banana slices and sauté till slightly red and soft.Add maple syrup, cinnamon powder and mix gently.
  4. If adding nuts, add them now.Pour this mixture over the muffin slices.Feed it to the baby when at room temperature.
