Ingredients list for Banana Cinnamon Toast
- 1 small Banana
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 2 Almonds chopped finely
- 1 Fruit Muffin
Method
- Slice the muffins into round slices.Peel the banana, halve and slice.
- Toast the muffin slices slightly.Remove onto a plate.
- Heat unsalted butter, add banana slices and sauté till slightly red and soft.Add maple syrup, cinnamon powder and mix gently.
- If adding nuts, add them now.Pour this mixture over the muffin slices.Feed it to the baby when at room temperature.
