Ingredients list for Baked Mishti Doi - SK Khazana
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon Nolen gur melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Whisk together yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl. Add cream and whisk. Add nolen gur and whisk again.
- Pour the mixture into individual earthenware bowls and cover with aluminium foil.
- Place the bowls in a water bath, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool down to room temperature and refrigerate to chill.
- Serve.
