Ingredients list for Baked Egg And Bacon Spinach
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Bacon rashers
- a few Baby spinach leaves
- 2 Small brown bread pavs
- 8 tablespoons Cream
- to taste Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Halve the pavs. Place one half in each ramekin. Tear the spinach leaves and place over the pavs.
- Cook the bacon rashers in a grill pan and then cut them into small pieces. Place these bacon pieces over the spinach. Drizzle two tablespoons cream over the ingredients in each ramekin and sprinkle salt.
- Break one egg into each ramekin. Place the ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen minutes.
- Serve hot.
