Ingredients for Baked Apple Chips Recipe

  • Medium Granny Smith apple 1

  • Red apple 1

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

  • Chocolate sauce to serve


Step 1

Preheat oven to 110º C.

Step 2

Core, and cut green and red apple into thin slices.

Step 3

Soak them in a bowl filled with water and add lemon juice. Pat them dry on a muslin cloth.

Step 4

Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet and arrange the apple slices on it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 5

Serve with chocolate sauce.
