Ingredients list for Baked Amrakhand-Cook Smart

  • 100 grams Ripe mango puree
  • 200 grams Yogurt beaten
  • 200 grams Condensed milk
  • 1 Ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 100 grams Fresh cream
  • for garnish Few mango pieces

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 180ยบ C.
  2. Mix together yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl. Add mango puree and mango pieces and continue to mix. Add cream and mix well.
  3. Pour aamrakhand into 4 ramekin moulds and the remaining in a baking dish. Place all of them in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Take them out of the oven and cool down to room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  5. Serve chilled garnished with mango slices.
