Ingredients list for Baat Jo Seero

  • 1 cup Broken Wheat
  • 2 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Pure ghee

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed kadai. Add broken wheat and roast on low heat till brownish red in colour.
  2. Add milk and cook on low heat till lapsi is soft. Add sugar and stir continuously till it dissolves completely. Add green cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. Serve hot garnished with slivered almonds.
