Ingredients list for Baat Jo Seero
- 1 cup Broken Wheat
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Pure ghee
Method
- Heat ghee in a thick bottomed kadai. Add broken wheat and roast on low heat till brownish red in colour.
- Add milk and cook on low heat till lapsi is soft. Add sugar and stir continuously till it dissolves completely. Add green cardamom powder and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with slivered almonds.
