Ingredients list for Apricot Kulfi-Cook Smart
- 4 Canned apricots
- 4-5 tablespoons Canned apricots pureed
- 2-3 Golden apricots soaked, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup Condensed milk
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1/4 cup Almonds coarsely powdered
Method
- Roughly chop apricots and transfer into a bowl. Add apricot puree to the same bowl. Add condensed milk and golden apricots and mix well.
- Add milk powder and mix well. Add almonds and mix again.
- Pour spoonsful of apricot mixture in aluminum kulfi moulds and keep them in the freezer till set.
- Remove from the moulds and serve chilled.
