Ingredients
- 300 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon anardana powder
- 3 tablespoons fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons hung yogurt
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
- Take fresh cream in a large mixing bowl, add hung yogurt, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice and mix well. Add 1 tsp oil and mix well.
- Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and anardana powder and mix well.
- Add paneer cubes, yellow capsicum, green capsicum and tomato and mix gently. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan, drizzle remaining oil and place the marinated paneer pieces in it. Grill, turning sides, till golden brown on both sides. Take them off the heat.
- Place the vegetables in the same pan and cook, turning sides, till grill marks appear on both sides.
- For serving, insert a paneer piece, followed by a green capsicum piece, a yellow capsicum pieces, a tomato pieces and another piece of paneer on a toothpick. Similarly insert up all the paneer and vegetable pieces on toothpicks and place them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges.
