Ingredients list for Ananas aur Piste ka Shrikhand
- 6 Canned Pineapple Slices
- 10-12 + for garnishing Hung Yogurt blanched and slivered
- 2 cups Hung yogurt
- Few strands of saffron dissolved in a little water
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
Method
- Place yogurt in a bowl. Finely chop pineapple slices and add to the yogurt.
- Add saffron water, sugar and pistachios and mix well.
- Transfer into serving bowls, garnish with pistachios and serve chilled.
