Ingredients for Ambechi Burfi Recipe

  • Mango 1 1/2 cups

  • Mawa 2 cups

  • Sugar 2 1/2 cups

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Almonds,blanched and slivered 10

  • Pistachios,blanched and slivered 10

  • Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji) 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Take sugar in a thick-bottomed vessel and pour sufficient water to just cover the sugar. Heat the above mixture, till two-string syrup is formed.
