Ingredients list for Ambechi Burfi
- 1 1/2 cups Mango
- 2 cups Mawa
- 2 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 10 Almonds,blanched and slivered
- 10 Pistachios,blanched and slivered
- 1 teaspoon Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji)
Method
- Take sugar in a thick-bottomed vessel and pour sufficient water to just cover the sugar. Heat the above mixture, till two-string syrup is formed.
