Ingredients list for Aloo Ki Tikki - Grill Pan
- 4 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 2 inch piece Ginger finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- as required Coriander and mint chutney
Method
- Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add the bread slices and knead together. Add green chillies, ginger and salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix. Heat oil in the Grill Pan.
- Divide the potato mixture into equal portions and shape them into round balls. Press them lightly. Place the tikkis in the pan and cook for two to three minutes.
- Turn them and cook for a further two to three minutes or till both the sides are equally golden. Serve hot with green coriander and mint chutney.
