- 3 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai, add raisins and cashew nuts and roast till golden brown. Add almonds and sauté for a minute.
- Add potatoes and mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add mawa, sugar, milk and green cardamom powder and mix and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add saffron and mix, cook for 1-2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and transfer into serving bowls.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron. Serve warm.
