Ingredients list for Almond Chocolates

  • 30-35 Almonds blanched
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in a microwave. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  2. Spread the powdered almonds on a piece of foil. Dip the blanched almonds in the melted chocolate, so as to coat only one side.
  3. Press the chocolate coated side of the nut onto the powdered almonds.
  4. Set aside to dry. Keep in the refrigerator to set.
  5. Serve immediately.
