Ingredients list for Adrak Haldi ka Pickle
- 3 inch Fresh Ginger peeled
- 3 inch Turmeric peeled
- to taste Salt
- 3-4 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4-5 Green chillies
Method
- Cut ginger into thin strips. Slice fresh turmeric. Put both into a bowl, add salt and lemon juice and mix well.
- Roughly chop green chillies and add to the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the prepared pickle into a glass bottle and serve as required.
