Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Wonton Soup-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Chicken mince 100 grams

  • Wonton sheets 4

  • Chicken stock 3-4 cups

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon

  • Chicken stock powder a pinch

  • Fresh garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon

  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoon

  • Spring onion greens chopped 1/2 tablespoon

  • Celery cut into pieces 1 inch

  • Fresh spinach leaves 6-8

Method

Step 1

Mix together chicken mince, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves, chicken stock cube powder, garlic paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce and spring onion greens in a bowl.

Step 2

Apply some water on wonton sheets, place a portion of chicken mixture in the centre and shape into wontons.

Step 3

Heat a deep non-stick pan. Add stock, celery and salt and simmer. Add prepared wontons and stir lightly. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Step 4

Add spinach leaves, mix well and simmer till the wontons are cooked and spinach wilts.

Step 5

Serve hot.
