Ingredients
- 200 grams chicken mince
- 8 wonton sheets
- 4-5 cups chicken stock
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- ½ teaspoon chicken stock cube powder
- ½ tablespoon fresh garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion greens
- 1 inch celery, cut into pieces
- 8-10 fresh spinach leaves
Method
- Mix together chicken mince, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves, chicken stock cube powder, garlic paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce and spring onion greens in a bowl.
- Apply some water on wonton sheets, place a portion of chicken mixture in the centre and shape into wontons.
- Heat a deep non-stick pan. Add stock, celery and salt and simmer. Add prepared wontons and stir lightly. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Add spinach leaves, mix well and simmer till the wontons are cooked and spinach wilts.
- Serve hot.
