Shopping list
4 drinking soda bottles
1 bottle of kokum syrup
1 small packet of rock salt
1 litre of sugarcane juice
4 lemongrass stalk
For faster preparation
Combine all the ingredients for masala soda accept for the soda and mint leaves. Prepare the sugarcane drink and refrigerate it. Make the lemongrass mixture and set aside.
How to go about it
Start with making the lemon grass drink. Then add soda to the kokum mixture, garnish with mint and serve with ice. Finally sugarcane is chilled enough to be served
