Ingredients for Masala Soda Recipe

  • Club soda 800 millilitre

  • Kokum syrup 6 tablespoons

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Peppercorns crushed 5-6

  • Mint leaves roughly shredded 10-12

  • Crushed ice


Step 1

Combine the kokum sherbet, rock salt, lemon juice and crushed peppercorns in a glass jug and stir to mix well.

Step 2

Add the soda, stir well and adjust seasoning. Place crushed ice and mint leaves in tall glasses.

Step 3

Pour the sherbet over and serve immediately.
