Shopping list

500 grams of carrots
500 grams of spinach
1 small packet of sesame seeds
1 packet of stock seasoning
200 grams of yogurt
1 bunch fenugreek leaves
1 bunch spinach leaves
1 small packet of ajwain
1 small packet of chat masala

For faster preparation

Process the vegetables for soup. Prepare the rice and set aside for chilling. Prepare the mixture for pakode.

How to go about it

Start with the soup. Finish frying the pakode and serve with curd rice.
