1.5 kilogram of tomatoes
500 grams of gram flour
1 small packet of cheese slices
1 small packet of ajwain
1 small packet of soda bi carbonate
1 small packet of chaat masala
200 grams of green capsicum
50 grams of dried red chillies
1 small bottle of tomato sauce
1 small packet of pav bhaji masala
250 grams of carrot
250 grams of green peas
1 small cauliflower
50 grams of cottage cheese
500 grams of Petha
100 grams of ghee
100 grams of almonds
100 grams of cashewnuts
300 grams of khoya
For faster preparation
For the pakode make the pakode batter and green chutney. Cut the tomatoes and cheese slices. For the pulao cook the rice, make the chilli paste and then process the vegetables. Chop the nuts for halwa and grate Petha.
