Menu: Apple Pie Shake

Shopping list
2 medium apples
100 grams of vanilla sponge cake
1 small bottle of cinnamon powder
500 grams of vanilla ice cream
250 grams of split black gram skinless
1 small bottle of asafoetida
50 grams of coriander seeds
250 grams of chickpeas
1 small packet of soda bicarbonate
1 packet of chana masala
1 small packet of polenta
1 small packet of parsley
1 small packet of thyme
6 eggs
1 small bottle of olive oil
100 grams of mozzarella cheese
For faster preparation
Roughly chop apples and cook with sugar till soft. Soak split black gram and chickpeas overnight. Knead the dough for puri. Boil, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Cook the chickpeas with soda bicarbonate and salt. Make the ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Peel and quarter the potatoes, then par boil them with salt and garlic. Darin and set aside. Make the potato mixture.
How to go about it
Crumble the sponge and the blend along with cooked apples and ice cream. Set in the refrigerator to chill until serving. Then cook the puris and finish the aloo chana. Shape the cakes and shallow fry them.
