By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Apples, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Apple Pie Shake 2 medium Apples 1 cup Milk 100 grams Vanilla sponge cake 2 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar) a pinch Cinnamon powder 2 cups Vanilla ice cream for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs Method Roughly chop apples. Heat a non-stick pan. Add chopped apples, castor sugar and sprinkle some water. Cook till the apples turn soft. Crumble sponge and add. Switch off heat and mix well. Add cinnamon powder and mix well. Cool the mixture to room temperature. Transfer the cooked apple mixture into a blender jar. Add ice cream and milk and blend till smooth.
