1 orange

3 tins pineapple-orange juice

1 small packet of strawberries

500 grams of carrots

1 small packet of parsley

500 grams of medium prawns

1 bunch of spring onions

1 red capsicum


For faster preparation


Make the tea decoction ready for the punch. Process the fruits and set aside. Marinate the prawns.


How to go about it


Start with the glazed carrots. In tall glasses pour the decoction, add fruits and top it up with ice and juice. Finish with cooking of the prawns and then assemble it and serve.
