Gluten free food does not mean it has to be restrictive or boring. Here are three recipe that make use of healthy gluten free ingredients and get made in a jiffy too!

Menu: Bajra Muffin
Curd Jowar
Methi Makai Roti

Shopping list

500 grams of bajra flour
1 small bottle of baking powder
100 grams of cashewnuts
1 small bottle of honey
250 grams of icing sugar
500 grams of jowar
400 grams of curd
1 kilogram of makai atta
500 grams of methi leaves
1 small packet of ajwain

For faster preparation

Prepare the batter and rest it. Grease the muffin moulds and set aside. Soak the jowar overnight. Then pressure cook and set aside. Knead the dough for methi roti and set aside.

How to go about it

Finish the curd rice and keep it for chilling. Then complete the muffins by baking them. Finally roll the roti and cook, serve with butter. Serve the muffins with sprinkling cardamom powder and drizzle honey on muffins.
