1 big cabbage
500 grams of paneer
150 grams of carrots
50 grams of French beans
1 bunch of spring onions
1 small bottle of soy sauce
1 small bottle of vinegar
1 small bottle of sweet chilli sauce
4 long brinjals
1 packet of mushrooms
1 small bottle of red chilli sauce
1 small bottle of tomato ketchup
1 small bottle of dark soy sauce
1 packet of vegetable stock cubes
100 grams of cornstarch
1 packet of wonton wrappers
100 gramd of roasted peanuts
1 small packet of seedless dates
1 small packet of brown suagar
1 fresh coconut
1 small packet of sesame seeds
1 small bottle of honey
For faster preparation
Remove the cabbage cups and blanch them. Prepare the dimsum and set aside. Process the vegetable for stir fry.. Deep fry the brinjals and set aside. Prepare the wonton mixture. Stuff and shape the wontons.
How to go about it
Steam the prepared dimsums and serve with chilli sauce. Then start with the stir fry. Deep fry the wontons and serve with honey.
