Shopping list
250 grams split skinless green gram
1 packet of dried mango powder
1 packet of chaat masala
2 bunches of spinach
1 packet of feta cheese
1 packet of samosa patti
1 small packet of thyme
100 grams of raisins
100 grams of cashewnuts
200 grams of refined flour
2 large bassa fillets
1 small packet of dried red chillies
200 grams of curd
500 grams of basmati rice
1 packet of aluminium foil
For faster preparation
For kachori prepare the kachori mixture and dough. Prepare the spinach mixture and set aside. Dry roast the spices and powder it for baked fish. Make the red chilli paste. Marinate the fish.
How to go about it
Finish the spinach stuffing by adding feta cheese to it. Then stuff the samosa patti with spinach mixture and bake it first. Then bake the kachori. Then finally make the parcels of fish and rice, bake it.
