300 grams of fresh green jowar

12-15 green garlic stalks

1 raw mango

150 grams of pepper sev

50 grams of white sesame seeds

50 grams of black sesame seeds

100 grams of chana dal

250 grams of jaggery

500 grams of refined flour

300 grams of mawa

50 grams of poppy seeds

1 gram of saffron

100 grams of almonds

100 grams of pistachios

250 grams of rabdi

For faster preparation

For salad grind the chutney, chop the onions and tomatoes. Chop onions, green chillies and curry leaves for the rice. Melt the jaggery, strain and set aside. Make the batter for malpua and set aside.

How to go about it

Start with the malpua then toss the rice. Heat the paunk in a pan and then mix with the prepared chutney and chopped vegetables.
