Shopping list
300 grams king prawns
100 grams cornflour
1 bottle soya sauce
1 bunch spring onions
2 carrots
1 medium broccoli
50 grams fresh red chillies
50 grams fresh basil
400 grams beancurd
1 bottle vinegar
50 grams French beans
½ cup Bean sprouts
For faster preparation
Clean the prawns and marinate them. Deep-fry the prawns and keep aside. Chop vegetables for the rice. Cut the beancurd and vegetables for the stir fried vegetables. Cook the rice.
How to go about it
Toss the prawns with ginger, garlic, soya sauce and spring onions. Toss the vegetables, beancurd with soya sauce and keep it ready. Toss the rice with ginger, garlic and vegetables. Serve hot.
