4-5 Indian gooseberry
250 grams beetroot
1 small bottle of amla pickle
1 small packet of cornflour
1 bunch of spring onions
2 packets of button mushrooms
500 grams of basmati rice
1 small packet of shahi jeera
500 grams of yogurt
1 small packet of green peas
250 grams of ghee
1 small packet of saffron
For faster preparation
For tikki boil and grate the amla, beetroot and potatoes. For pulao process the mushrooms. Prepare the mixture for the tikkis and shape them and set aside. Keep the dough and sugar syrup ready for khaja
How to go about it
Start with the pulao. Then roll the khaja and deep fry them. Soak in syrup. Drain and serve. Finally cook the tikkis from both sides.
