Shopping list

1 small packet of dried figs
1 small bottle of dried fig paste
3 French bread
1 small packet of thyme
1 small bottle of olive oil
1 red bell pepper
2 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 bottle of balsamic vinegar
1 small packet of cherry tomatoes
1 small packet of basil leaves
1 small packet of pav bhaji masala
50 grams of mozzarella cheese
1 small packet of parsley
100 grams of prawns
1 fennel bulb
1 small bunch of dill
1 small packet of white pepper powder
1 small bottle of mayonnaise

For faster preparation
For the fig bruschetta toast the bread and set aside. Process the vegetables. Prepare the fig chutney. For pav bhaji bruschetta prepare the pav bhaji and toast the bread. For prawn bruschetta toast and then apply garlic on the bread and set aside.

How to go about it   
Toss the vegetables for fig bruschetta and assemble it. Assemble the pav bhaji bruschetta top it with cheese gratinate and serve. Prepare the prawn mixture apply on the toast and serve.
