Cooking without flame

Shopping list

1 small musk melon

50 grams fresh basil leaves

1 bottle tobasco sauce

1 small bottle extra virgin olive oil

50 grams curly parsley

1 small bunch fresh mint

2-3 medium cucumbers

50 grams arugula leaves

1 packet white bread

1 bottle mayonnaise

1 bottle capers

1 small bunch dill leaves


For faster preparation

Prepare the gazpacho and refrigerate. Cut the vegetables for the sandwich.


How to go about it

Blend the ingredients for kutchi beer. Assemble the sandwiches and serve.
