Ingredients list for Kutchi Beer
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Green chillies chopped
- 1 tablespoon Roasted cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- a few Fresh mint leaves
- a few Fresh coriander sprigs
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- Put yogurt, green chillies, cumin powder, salt, black salt, mint leaves and coriander sprigs in a blender jar and blend well.
- Add ice cubes and blend again. Pour into individual beer bottles and serve chilled.
