6 large sweet potatoes
1 small bottle olive oil
15- 20 shallots, peeled
1 small bottle crushed peppercorns
1 small packet fresh cream
1 small packet alfalfa sprouts
1 fresh rose
1 small bottle rose syrup

For mashed sweet potatoes, first boil the sweet potatoes, peel and roughly chop. For kheer, grate and soak potatoes in warm water. For crisps, grind the masala, parboil the potatoes and cut into fingers, marinate and refrigerate.
How to go about it
Start with kheer first and refrigerate. Then finish the mash. Finally fry the fingers and serve hot.
