Cook with Millets

Millets are not just loaded with plenty of vitamins, minerals and nutrition for your health, but also with plenty of flavour. Try these three recipes made with millets, which are tasty, healthy and can be prepared within 30 minutes of your time.

Menu: Bajra Methi Na Dhebra
Ragi Cutlets
Khichu


Shopping list

500 grams of millet flour
1 small bunch of fenugreek
250 grams of gram flour
200 grams of yogurt
400 grams of ragi
1 bunch of spring onions
1 small packet of oats
1 small packet of breadcrumbs
1 bulb of lollorosso lettuce
1 small packet of arugula
1 small bottle of mayonnaise
1 small bottle of red chilli sauce
500 grams of jowar flour
1 small packet of soda bicarbonate

For faster preparation

Prepare the dough for dhebra. Prepare the cutlets and coat them with oats and breadcrumb mixture. Refresh the lettuce for the salad. Make the dressing for the sauce. Make the green chilli, garlic and ginger paste for Khichu.

How to go about it

Make small discs of dhebra and cook on tawa. Finish the cutlets, toss the salad with the dressing and serve. Finally cook the Khichu and serve hot.
