Ingredients list for Vanilla Pudding

  • 3 cups Skimmed milk
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 10 measure Sugar Free Natura
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • for garnishing Mixed fruits

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring milk to a boil and then set aside to cool till it is lukewarm. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla essence and Sugar Free Natura and mix well.
  2. Pour into moulds and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for thirty five to forty minutes. Once done remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve chilled decorated with fresh fruits.
