Ingredients list for Vanilla Ice cream - SK Khazana

  • 1 1/2 cups Whipping cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Method

  1. Take whipping cream in a large bowl and beat with an electric hand blender till soft peaks form.
  2. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat again.
  3. Pour the mixture into an airtight container, cover it and keep the container in the freezer and freeze for 8-10 hours.
  4. Scoop into stemmed glasses and serve immediately.
